Lost seed phrase, explained for beginners

A lost seed phrase means the backup words for a self-custody wallet are gone. If you still have access to the wallet, you can move the crypto to a new wallet with a new seed phrase right away. If you have lost both the wallet and the phrase, the crypto is usually gone for good. No company can reset it.
