Terms of Use
The terms for using Baskin Logic Crypto Academy, a free beginner school. Last updated: 23 October 2026.
1. The Academy is free
Every lesson, topic page, tool, guide, glossary page and the on-site chat are free, with no account or sign-in. Our apparel shop and pre-orders are paid and sold by Baskin Logic Crypto Consulting L.L.C. through Stripe; see the Shop Terms below.
Shop Terms
Lessons, tools and the email list are free. Our apparel shop and pre-orders are paid and are sold by Baskin Logic Crypto Consulting L.L.C. through Stripe. Shipping is to the US only. Promo codes: one per order; apply to single items only (not sets or pre-orders); no cash value; may expire as stated; void where prohibited. See the Shipping, Returns and FAQ pages for ship times, refunds and pre-order terms.
Apparel purchases are merchandise only, not an investment. Nothing here is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or digital asset.
Using the site means you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Who runs the site
The site is run by Baskin Logic Crypto Consulting L.L.C., a Wyoming limited liability company. Our postal address is in every marketing email we send. Contact: [email protected].
3. Education only
Everything here is general education. It is not investment, tax or legal advice. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Nothing here is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or digital asset.
We are not a broker, exchange, investment adviser or money transmitter. We never hold your coins or your keys. We do not give trading signals, pick coins or offer 1:1 consults.
Do not send money, keys or seed phrases to anyone because of this material. Crypto can lose value fast. Talk to a licensed professional before you make money, tax or legal decisions.
4. The on-site chat
The chat gives short, general education answers about Academy topics. Answers may be generated by a third-party AI model provider, Groq. What you type is sent to Groq to write the answer, so do not share personal or health details. They can be wrong or out of date. They are not advice. Check important facts against the lessons and official sources.
Do not type personal, financial or account details, seed phrases, private keys or passwords into the chat. See the Privacy Notice.
5. The optional email
The email list is free and optional. You only join if you tick the consent box yourself. Every email has an unsubscribe link. See the Privacy Notice.
6. Who can use the site
The site is for users 18 and older and is not directed at children. Visitors from any country may read it. These Terms and this Privacy Notice are written in English, and the English version controls. Some lessons and downloads are offered as courtesy translations, which may not yet be reviewed by a native speaker. If a translation differs from the English, the English version applies. Questions about a translation can be sent to [email protected].
7. Using the content
Lessons, text and graphics are for your personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, resell or republish them without permission.
8. No warranty and limits
We work to keep lessons accurate, but the site is provided “as is”. We do not promise it is complete, current or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using the site, the chat or any decision you make based on them.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the law where you live that cannot be waived.
9a. The app and the Live news desk
The app and the Live desk are education only. Not investment advice. We do not pick coins. Headlines and summaries come from third-party publishers and are shown with attribution and a link to the original. A “Confirmed” label means two or more independent outlets, or an official source, reported the same event; it does not mean we verified it ourselves. “Single source” means only one outlet has reported it so far. “Breaking” and “Developing” mean details may still change. Alerts can be late or missed; never rely on them for time-critical decisions. Paper trading uses play money with no cash value and no prizes. To report a mistake, use the corrections link on each story.
10. Changes
If we change these Terms, we will post the new version here with a new date. If we ever add paid features, separate terms will apply and will be published first. Nothing will be charged without your clear agreement.
