What a wallet is

A wallet here is not a purse. It is a tool that holds keys.

The keys prove who can move a record. If someone else has the keys, they can move it. If you lose the keys, the record does not come back.

That is the object. Not a shop. Not a list of apps. The school does not tell you which wallet to get. It does not tell you to buy anything.
